| Student Visa Counselling |
| Student’s first appointment with us is a consultation session, during which information is gathered about student needs and goals. Student is required to complete an application form and attach copy of all academic achievements to provide information about the level and nature of course. After consultation, student will be offered to choose an appropriate action plan to achieve targeted goals.
In this action plan, students are provided with different Programs and Fee Structures satisfying their available financial resources along with any English language requirements.
Based on qualifications and English efficiency, a list of Programs with Universities or Colleges names including Fee Structures will be provided. The Program list would include start date, duration, Modules to be taught, qualification title to be achieved and any other requirements.
Once English Language conditions are met and respective Program selected, an application will be forwarded to obtain the offer letter from University or College. More than one Program can be applied for more offer letters. Visa has to be applied through only one course.
We strongly discourage students to use any fraudulent means to obtain overseas study offer letters.
Upon receipt of Offer Letter, first installment of the Tuition Fee has to be paid to the University or college. This payment confirms place of study and visa application can be forwarded to obtain visa.
Visa application has to be filed at respective embassy or Visa Facility Service. The document list can be obtained from our office. Our advisors can help in obtaining an appointment and filling up of visa applications. We are not liable for visa grants or refusals as it will be solely decided by the visa officers at their respective embassies.

Once visa is granted, our advisors will be able to assist students in preparation for departure including the list of items to be carried for comfort and easy lifestyle.
Aysar can assist in obtaining flight tickets. List of property owners will be provided to confirm an accommodation before travel. Accommodations can be temporary or permanent based on the availability of properties.
